Interserve Plc – in Compulsory Liquidation (formerly in Administration) (“the Company”)

On 21 January 2022, a winding up order was made in respect of the Company in the High Court of Justice and Robert Hunter Kelly and Alan Michael Hudson were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company, pursuant to paragraph 79 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (“the Act”). Subsequently, on 27 June 2022, Charles Graham King was appointed Joint Liquidator, replacing Robert Hunter Kelly.

Prior to the Liquidation, on 15 March 2019, the Court, following an application by the directors of the Company, appointed Robert Hunter Kelly and Alan Michael Hudson as Administrators pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 12 of Schedule B1 to the Act. The Administration ceased on 21 January 2022 and the Administrators were discharged from liability on this date.

Charles Graham King is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an insolvency practitioner by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Alan Michael Hudson is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an insolvency practitioner by The Insolvency Practitioners Association.
