Regional winners become national finalists
Entrepreneurial vision and achievement were celebrated at Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year regional awards ceremonies across the country during July and August.
The award ceremonies were dynamic and interactive events, where regional category winners and Social entrepreneur and Champion of Entrepreneurship award recipients were announced.
From an outstanding group of entrepreneurs this year, independent judging panels had the difficult task of choosing category winners in five regions.
Those announced as regional winners are a diverse group of business leaders - each following a different path to reach their success. However, they all share a passion for their businesses, an innovative mindset and an unwavering focus on their vision.

The national program culminates in the Entrepreneur Of The Year National awards ceremony on 12 November in Sydney, where national category winners and one overall 2009 Australian Entrepreneur Of The Year will be announced.
