Graeme Browning
Managing Partner, Transaction Advisory Services Graeme leads the Transaction Advisory Services practice for Oceania. Graeme is responsible for the growth of the business as well as team development and risk management.
Previous experience A partner for over 10 years, Graeme has led Ernst & Young teams on many of the largest transactions in Australia.
He has acted on both the buy side and sell side for corporate, government and private equity clients. He has also worked on more than 20 IPOs in Australia and the US.
Graeme’s industry experience includes consumer and industrial products, technology, aviation, utilities and mining services.
Credentials Graeme is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
Interests Graeme enjoys spending time with his family, travel and a range of sports.
