Jim leads the Government and Public Sector Services practice for Oceania. Jim leads teams of specialists in areas including health, education, defence, transport and infrastructure. Jim also provides strategic advice to Governments in Australia and New Zealand.
Jim has over thirty years experience in planning, leading and implementing change in complex government organisations predominantly in health care, justice and human services.
Jim has been instrumental in major reforms in health and child protection in Australia and recently led EY’s team of advisors to the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing on matters relating to the national hospital and health reforms.
Jim is Deputy Chair of the Independent Hospital Pricing Authority and a member of the Board of the National Health Call Centre Network.
Since 2006, Jim has delivered or led major consultancies in areas including organisational review and transformation, activity based funding, infrastructure, program evaluation, policy development, strategic planning, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Jim's clients have included most of the Health and Human Services Departments in Australia and as well as private sector and non-government organisations. He has also consulted internationally in the Middle East and South East Asia.
Jim enjoys all sports, travelling and relaxing with family and friends.
