Kim Morison
Oceania Leader – Quality and Risk Management and
General Counsel In her roles as the Oceania Leader for Quality and Risk Management and General Counsel, Kim is responsible for managing Ernst & Young’s risks as well as its continuing focus on quality. Kim is committed to embedding a culture where we always do the right thing by our clients and each other.
Previous experience Kim joined Ernst & Young in 2000 as the General Counsel for Australia. Since joining the firm, she has worked on a number of significant transactions, including the sale of the consulting business, the Andersen integration, global restructure and the recent Asia-Pacific integration.
Kim was appointed the Oceania General Counsel in 2001, Chief Compliance Officer in 2002, Partnership Secretary in 2010 and the Quality and Risk Management Leader in January 2011.
Credentials Kim trained as a lawyer and holds a Masters Degree in Law, a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, she worked as the General Counsel for two other organisations and in private practice in both commercial law and civil litigation.
Interests Kim’s great passions are skiing and diving.
