Babcock & Brown Limited (in liquidation) proceedings settled

Monday, 19 September 2011 — Ernst & Young today announced that it has settled the Babcock & Brown proceedings. 

Agreement by Ernst & Young to the terms of settlement is not an admission of liability and has been entered into solely to avoid the cost and inconvenience of litigation. 

The terms of the settlement are confidential between the parties.

Ernst & Young will not be commenting beyond this statement.
