Transfer pricing legislation in Trinidad and Tobago

0n 10 October 2011, Trinidad and Tobago’s government proposed transfer pricing rules based on the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines. Although the measure has not been enacted, they have widespread acceptance among tax authorities and multinational enterprises.
