As an intern of Ernst & Young you will have the opportunity to qualify yourself for our annual four-day intern leadership event, which is held in Disney World, Orlando, Florida on August 2013.
This year, two of our interns will be elected on 26 April to represent EY Belgium.

The IILC is a Ernst & Young Event organized for the 17th time especially for EY interns. During the conference, we bring together the best interns from around the world and provide them with the opportunity to learn about our strategy and vision, meet Ernst & Young’s global leadership and network with peers.

During the four-day event, interns will focus on their development by attending workshops related to Discover Yourself, Discover Ernst & Young, and Discover the World, as well as by participating in innovative team building activities.  During general sessions, interns will learn from our firm leaders and also network with others who, like themselves, will be the future leaders of Ernst & Young and countless companies around the world one day.

IILC 2012  

Attending the IILC is a very interesting incentive for our top interns. The conference is organized in Disney World, Orlando, and the interns will have the possibility to attend several workshops and to meet EY.

Only interns who did an internship between 1 July 2012 and 30 June 2013 can apply for this event. Interns who have already signed a contract within another employer can unfortunately not apply.
