EY announces acquisition of Partake Consulting
Brussels, 26 May 2011 – Today EY announces the acquisition of Partake Consulting. The acquisition results in marketleadership of EY in the field of Enterprise Intelligence in Belgium, France and the Netherlands. Partake Consulting will be incorporated into the Advisory Services of EY. Partake Consulting provides services in the growth segments of Enterprise Intelligence (budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics). The company was founded in 1998 and currently employs approximately 60 people. Partake Consulting is active in Belgium, France, England and the Netherlands.
Market leader in growth market

Positive effect on staffing
The day-to-day management of Partake Consulting is currently in the hands of a management team consisting of three individuals who will assume responsibility, together with the IT Advisory Services Leader of EY. With the Partake Consulting staff joining EY, the Belgian team will be active in our internationally integrated structure (EMEIA) and will therefore create additional employment in Belgium.
