Ernst & Young Europe, our centralised unit in Brussels, is the acting interface of the Ernst & Young international network with the European Union, reflecting Ernst & Young strong commitment to this global account and a long and successful history of delivering services to international financing community. This multinational, multi disciplinary and multilingual team is in constant touch with our network to identify best practice know-how and expertise to suit the needs of our global clients.
Our different offices in Europe are used to working together on European matters both at a local and international level. We can use this capacity to build multidisciplinary teams from our different offices or service lines and to call for best practices identified from within our various engagements.
Ernst & Young currently implements several large projects on a worldwide perspective, from the EU27 Member States to all beneficiaries of the European Union’s financing action.
These projects involve a wide range of expertise, from audit services provided to the EC’s external aid programme, to provision of technical assistance to government and ministries in the area of audit, financial management, internal control, public-private partnerships (PPP), environment and utilities, evaluation of aid programmes and training on financial rules and procedures to final beneficiaries and the financing institutions.
