Jorge Menegassi is EY's CEO in Brazil and chairman of EY in South America. He heads a team of more than 30 partners and senior professionals working directly for Rio 2016 and personally leads the project.
Antonio Vita is the lead Risk Advisory Services partner at EY in Brazil and South America. He is a member of the leadership board for the Rio 2016 project and has over 30 years' experience in external audit engagements.
Vita has broad experience in risk management and internal control projects, in addition to mapping of critical processes and internal audit. He was also leader of the project developed by EY for the Organizing Committee of the Rio 2007 Pan American Games.
José Carlos has almost three decades of experience in advisory and audit engagements, having provided services to large local and international organizations. He is the Rio 2016 project partner and leader of the EY Risk Area for South America.
José Carlos has wide experience in organizational advisory services, governance, business management and risk management. He also has experience in mega sports events, having worked in projects for the 2007 Pan American Games, 2016 Olympic Games and 2014 World Soccer Cup.
Richard is an Advisory director at EY and also a Rio 2016 project leader. He has over 15 years' experience, the last four of which were dedicated to the planning of mega events. He has worked in projects in both the private and public sectors, giving him a unique view of the challenges faced by both sides.
Zunara is the Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) area leader for South America, with more than 20 years' experience in audit and advisory services for large projects. She also brings experience in the audit of environmental and social responsibility projects, in addition to the implementation of project offices and environmental management and quality systems.
Alexandre has more than 15 years' experience in consulting and implementation of complex projects, in addition to project management, strategic planning, innovation and management of IT system development and project management.
He has also worked as general manager of Vale projects, with a project portfolio of over US$ 200 million. He has a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, from Unicamp, an MBA from the University of California, at Berkeley and continuing education course in project management from Stanford University - Advanced Project Management Certification.
Ana Marques is a senior manager with more than ten years of experience. She has worked in a number of advisory projects in the Information Technology area, including process review and optimization, implementation of change management and access control tools, assessment and definition of system life cycles, selection of suppliers and technological solutions and IT strategic planning.
She is responsible for a number of projects for the Rio 2016 Committee.
Henrique has more than ten years' experience in the EY Advisory Services area, working in projects for clients in different segments in Brazil and abroad. He has broad experience in local and international projects involving internal audit, internal controls and compliance, corporate risk management, review, assessment and optimization of processes, in addition to confirmation of compliance and review of contracts.
Igor has more than 15 years' experience in advisory and audit engagements, having provided services to large local and international organizations. He has wide experience in the management of complex projects for different industries, governance, business management and risk management.
He also has experience in mega sports events, having worked as the EY manager in charge of the projects for the 2007 Pan American Games.
Ricardo has more than 25 years of experience in business advisory services, focused on Information Technology for large companies. He has worked in ERP implementation projects, finance and control, and planning and management of IT projects for companies in various industries.
His recent work in mega sports events includes the Rio 2007 Pan American Games, the Olympic Games bidding process, the Organizing Committee of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
Pedro Fernandes has eight years' experience in financial and budget management, corporate risk management, audit, advisory, project management and governance.
He has solid experience in finance project management, including development and start-up of the finance area of the Brazilian branch of the world's largest broker. Pedro also has two years of international experience (in the US) acquired at the world's largest mortgage company.
Paulo has worked in large local and international companies, with more than 16 years' experience in advisory services. He is currently executive senior manager, working mostly in IT Advisory in Brazil.
He has experience in project management of critical mission systems, process optimization, governance, IT strategy, business continuity and implementation of IT solutions for the industrial automation area, among others.
Clarisse has six years' experience in advisory and audit engagements, having provided services to large local and international organizations in connection with internal audit, project management, process mapping and SOX. She also gained experience in sports events, having worked in projects for the 2007 Pan American Games. She is currently in charge of the annual internal audit plan for Latin America of the Xerox Corporation.
She has a bachelor's degree in Engineering from CEFET-RJ and in Accounting from Universidade Candido Mendes (UCAM-RJ).
She has 25 years' experience in sales and marketing planning, communication, and B2B and B2C customer relationship marketing.
Before joining EY, she was engaged in business development, marketing strategy, and product development activities in companies like Philip Morris, Organizações Globo, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Quaker, J. Macedo, H.Stern, and Reed Exhibitions Alcântara Machado.
Communication executive who worked for the main journalism companies in Brazil and abroad. He worked as a Corporate Communication Manager for TV Globo, who was responsible for institutional projects, such as support for entrepreneurship, freedom of speech, and Rio 2007 Pan American Games.
He was part of the team that founded Globonews and also worked as a producer for BBC, in London, as well as an international editor for Jornal do Brasil and Rede Manchete.
