Getting started

So, ask your school’s career services center for information about Ernst & Young events at your campus.

Search for opportunities

Click on “Job search” and look for opportunities in your chosen area of interest. Most of our entry-level opportunities require a degree in accounting, business, finance, tax, law, engineering or a related field. You’ll find more information about specific qualification requirements in the job descriptions.

Apply online

Allow about 20 minutes to complete the candidate profile and application form. You’ll be able to save the application along the way and return to it if necessary. Our recruiting team selects students for an interview based on academic background, extracurricular activities and work experience.

The Interview

The interview is usually a one-on-one interview on campus. The exact structure and content will depend on the program to which you apply, as different roles need different skills. We’ll keep in touch and let you know how things progress. Check out Interview Insider and our interview tips booklet for insights and resources that will help you be your best on that important day.

Review our offer

If you are successful throughout the interview and selection process, we’ll make you a formal offer in writing. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions and, if you’re happy with the offer, we’ll look forward to receiving confirmation and to welcoming you on board.
