New challenges. Global mindset. Opportunities to grow. Our Global Student Exchange Program offers you all this and more.

With international assignments in major cities across the globe, the Global Student Exchange Program allows you to collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds — both professionally and culturally. It starts in May or June at your home office location, then four weeks abroad at another Ernst & Young office. You’ll then return and complete your internship back home. Flights, housing and work visas costs will be paid for by Ernst & Young.

How to apply

First, you are required to accept an Ernst & Young internship offer from one of our Canadian offices. Once this step is complete, you will have the opportunity to submit an additional Global Student Exchange Program application that includes a brief essay component. For more information about the program, please speak with your local Ernst & Young recruiter.
