As Global Vice Chair of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Pip focuses on ensuring that our global TAS practice delivers high-quality services to help leading corporations, private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds achieve their strategic transaction goals.
As leader of our global TAS practice – which consists of more than 7,000 TAS professionals in more than 80 countries – Pip ensures we offer world-class development opportunities to help all our people achieve their potential and make a positive difference to our clients. She is committed to developing strong client relationships at all levels by building a clear understanding of our clients' needs across the whole transaction life cycle – and beyond. Pip also leads the investment decisions that position our TAS practice to meet the current and future demands of the international transaction market.
Since joining EY in 1987, Pip has played key roles in major transactions in the US and Europe. Formerly a senior partner in our UK practice, she has considerable experience of advising private equity houses on the tax aspects of transactions. She was a founder of the European Transaction Tax network and co-founded the UK Transaction Tax group. She remains a Client Service Partner on a key EY private equity account.
Pip is a qualified lawyer and practiced for several years in New Zealand, where she also qualified as an accountant.
Based in London, Pip likes to spend her spare time with her husband and son and enjoys tennis, hiking and spending time at her farmhouse in Normandy.
