Step one: Identify your interests. Visit the Working at Ernst & Young section at our website to learn about our service lines and identify your areas of interest.
Step two: Search for opportunities. Click on “Job Offerings” and look for opportunities in your chosen area of interest.
Step three: Methods of application. There are three ways to send us your application: First option: online through our website, second option: via email, third option: by post.
Step four: Application documents. Your applications documents should contain: a motivation letter, your CV, including a photo, copies of your work references and school/university results.
Step five: What is important to us. Let us know what you are interested in and get informed about EY before applying. If you are applying spontaneously, please indicate your preferred location.
Step six: Prepare for the interview. You should be able to talk about yourself since we want to get to know you and discover your interests, strengths and attributes. You will have one first interview with a HR Manager and then a second one with the Business line.
Step seven: Review our offer. If you are successful throughout the interview and selection process, we’ll make you a formal offer in writing.
Step eight: Prepare to join. In the months before you take up your position, there’ll be opportunities to participate in campus networking events and possibly to meet your peers and new colleagues.
