Customer

In our management advisory practice, you will have the opportunity to support customers from various industries and optimize their business processes. In this context, you will tackle two main challenges: How should companies respond to the growing willingness on the part of consumers to switch providers? And how can they make better use of the increasing volume of customer information?

Based on detailed customer analyses, you will develop sustainable models with our customers to optimally coordinate marketing, sales and customer service throughout their business model and sales channels.

 

Supply chain

Supply Chain and Operations – become part of our highest performing teams of experienced EY consultants with wide-ranging industry expertise. Here you can put your know-how in the fields of purchasing/procurement/planning, design, production, final assembly and delivery/logistics to the test and share your valuable knowledge.

 

Finance

With its traditional accounting and controlling functions, Finance continues to provide a basis for managing businesses. How do we optimize our customers’ financial function?

IT Advisory

In IT Advisory, the focus is on the effectiveness of our customers’ IT. Here you will develop the design of new technologies (mobile, social media, cloud computing) and draw up concepts for integrating them into existing application environments.

Drawing on our extensive experience of business and technical aspects, you will support our customers in introducing industry-specific software across processes of the value chain.

 

Risk

Up-to-date, high-performance risk management – that is the focus of our management advisory. In this sub-service line, you can establish all risk functions for our customers from both an organizational and strategic point of view. In addition, if required, you will have the opportunity to optimize all other internal control systems, the internal audit function and compliance.

As part of the IT audit, you will support Assurance colleagues with the audit of the annual financial statements.

 

Strategy

Do you like to look to the future, without losing sight of the big picture? In our strategy practice, you support our customers in implementing their end-to-end business strategy. Whether with expansion and investment strategies, new business models or innovations – you develop management models based on a strategy that is tailored precisely to the employees’ skills.

 

Enterprise intelligence

With your team, you secure sustainable competitive advantages and tap new business fields for our customers. How? By analyzing and evaluating activities and services with regard to market trends and with the aim of enabling our customers to act and respond quickly.

In this context, you will use state-of-the-art analytical procedures, such as predictive analytics or in-memory computing.

 

Program management

More than half of all IT projects and IT programs fail due to inadequate management. You will assist our customers in the implementation of large-scale transformation projects. You will support the management of programs and projects as well as with the strategic management of their overall IT project portfolio.

 

People and Organizational Change

The challenges are huge – especially with respect to demographic change and rapidly changing markets. What is required is a uniform corporate culture, talent management shaped by diversity as well as strategic leadership aspects.
