Do you want to work in tax advisory? Then kick start your career with this competition.

The title of “Young Tax Professional of the Year” has been awarded since 2011. Find solutions to demanding tax challenges over three exciting rounds. Demonstrate creativity, specialist knowledge and total commitment.

Show what skills you already have - it’s worth it. The top competitors will fly to Amsterdam at the end of November 2015 for the grand final of this international competition.

How to become Tax Talent?

Round 1:

Apply online with your CV by 11 September 2015. Take part in an online multiple choice test at a time to suit you between 1 June and 18 September 2015.  You will have to cross the correct answer to 30 tax-related specialist questions within 100 minutes and answer an open-ended question.

Round 2:

The top participants from round 1 qualify for the Swiss final on 1 October in Zurich. They will work through a tricky case study in groups at our Zurich office and present their findings to a highly qualified jury.

Round 2:

In the international final, the national winners from over 30 countries will tackle case studies and be interviewed by an expert jury. The jury will determine the three winners of the competition. The best of the best will be awarded a 30-day business trip around the world with visits to EY offices in London, Washington and Hong Kong.
