Human Capital Road Show

Thursday, 29 October 2009, Beijing
Tuesday, 10 November 2009, Guangzhou
Thursday, 12 November 2009, Hong Kong
Friday, 20 November 2009, Shanghai

Brief introduction

We are very excited about the launch of our Human Capital Road Show this year. Recently, there have been numerous new circulars issued by the State Administration of Taxation ("SAT"). The changes and possible uncertainties in certain implementation processes may cause additional compliance risk exposure for companies doing business in China. Ernst & Young would like to engage you on the plethora of issues you are facing and share with you the key priorities and actions company should consider.

We cordially invite you to join your fellow peers and our Ernst & Young tax professionals at the 2009 Ernst & Young Human Capital Road Show.

The Road Show in each city will include four sessions that will focus on topics of critical interest in today’s environment. Our presenters will include Ernst & Young professionals and senior tax officials, who will discuss the new updates of the following:

  • Compensation recharge and foreign remittance
  • Equity compensation planning and State Administration of Foreign Exchange ("SAFE") issues
  • Tax overview and planning, localization and outbound issues
  • Current practices and future developments in PRC individual income tax

You will have an excellent opportunity to explore a varied range of hot current tax and human capital issues. Through interactive discussion, our China tax professionals will share practical insights and leading practices with you.

We are looking forward to seeing you at our seminar.

Registration fee: RMB 500 (for Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai) / HKD 500 (for HK region).
