Philip Leung
Regional Managing Partner, China Central Philip is the Regional Managing Partner of China Central. He joined the firm in 1982 and became a partner in 1994.
Philip is a senior Assurance partner and has had extensive experience in serving clients in mainland China. Over the course of his career he has served a wide variety of multinational organizations as well as numerous major Chinese companies. Philip has in-depth experience in assisting clients in fund raising activities, particularly in IPOs, and was Ernst & Young’s legacy Far East Area Strategic Growth Markets and IPO leader prior to his present role.
