Walter Tong
Managing Partner, Tax Walter leads Ernst & Young’s Tax practice in the Greater China Sub-Area. Walter has more than 20 years of experience in the profession and has assisted both multinational corporations and Chinese domestic clients in all aspects of China taxation and cross border issues since 1990.
Walter has extensive experience in structuring inbound investment for multinational corporations to China as well as structuring outbound Chinese investment. He is a frequent speaker at Chinese and international tax seminars and a regular contributor to various Chinese and international tax journals on China tax development.
