EYAcademy (EYA) is a structured program designed to provide local university undergraduate students with invaluable Ernst & Young experience through mentoring, skills training, team experiences, networking and internship opportunities in our Hong Kong and Mainland China offices.

Cadets (year one undergraduates) who participate in EYA will be promoted to Senior Cadets and Cadet Leaders.
This will be the beginning of a whole of life experience for students and whole of life commitment from Ernst & Young.
We develop leaders of tomorrow
| | A message from Agnes ChanThese are exactly the questions we had in mind throughout the process of planning and launching EYAcademy. EYAcademy is a holistic approach to your professional and personal development, comprising key elements of learning, experience and coaching and mentoring over a period of three years. As the most globalized organization among the major professional accounting firms, Ernst & Young encourages our people to adopt a global mindset. In EYAcademy, we will show you the strength of our global organization in practice by offering you the opportunities of internship and working with an international team. One of the highlights of EYAcademy will be the CSR Challenge. We chose corporate social responsibility as the theme of the challenge because we not only want our people to be outstanding employees but also responsible citizens of the society. We believe that together we can build a better world. I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to our advisors. They are leaders of our society and offer invaluable advice to our program. At Ernst & Young, we aspire to have a leading people culture. EYAcademy enables us to include you in this culture at an early stage. This is your opportunity to grow with us and to become future leaders of the world. I look forward to welcoming you, EYA Cadets, to EYAcademy.
