“Thanks to EY’s pre-competition course, it broadened our knowledge on international tax, which I was not very familiar with. It increased my confidence and thus made me perform much better in the competition.” – Ivan Chau, representative to the national competition 2016

“Thanks to the YTPY, I am more conscious of my understanding in tax and the tax-related business in accounting firms nowadays. To prepare for the competition, I’ve paid extra attention to the current affairs in news especially those concerned about tax.” – Katrina Hu, second runner-up in national competition 2015

“This competition enriches my knowledge in taxation and the award serves as a sign of encouragement and recognition, which enables me to be confident in developing my career in Hong Kong.” – Cosmo Xu, representative to the international competition 2014

“I intuitively thought I might rank top three in the game, but it was serendipitous that I could make the champion. After the tough and selective first round and semi-final, everyone in the final had the capability to win. I might just have a little bit more horsepower and luck on that day. After all, it is a great honor and self-fulfillment […] to meet tax elites in Copenhagen.” – John Zhou, representative to the international competition 2013
