Ernst & Young Hua Ming obtains approval for Limited Liability Partnership conversion
Beijing, 31July 2012 - Ernst & Young Hua Ming ("EYHM") hereby announces that the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China ("MOF") officially approved the conversion of EYHM into Limited Liability Partnership ("LLP") on 31 July 2012. We deeply appreciate the efforts and on-going support of various government authorities, including MOF, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Commerce, State Administration of Foreign Exchange, China Securities Regulatory Commission, State Administration of Taxation, the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce, other provincial and municipal Administrations for Industry and Commerce and the provincial and municipal Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
