JBS in China consists of a number of Japanese-speaking professionals, including Japanese Certified Public Accountants, as well as qualified Chinese professionals who are familiar with Japanese businesses.
In addition, JBS at Ernst & Young, China offers assistance to Chinese corporations making investments into the Japanese market, including Initial Public Offering and Merger & Acquisition opportunities by means of liaising with our practice in Japan, Ernst & Young Shin Nihon.
