Overview
The Korea Business Services Group (“KBS”) at Ernst & Young, China is an Ernst & Young Korea initiative designed to reduce both obstacles arising from geographical distance and the problems encountered by subsidiaries and their parent company in understanding local business rules and customs.
Today, our KBS in China includes more than 20 Korean professionals dedicated to providing audit, transaction support and advisory services to the subsidiaries of global Korean clients who are seeking to diversify and enhance their efficiency of business in China. Meanwhile, we have an extensive network of government contacts to assist domestic and Korean companies with China laws and regulations and to do business globally. Our KBS also specializes and is extensively involved in IPOs in Hong Kong and Korea for Korean and Chinese companies. Integrated into Ernst & Young's offices all around the world, we are able to mobilize resources locally to offer services tailored to your needs with high quality.
