Stephen Fish

Stephen Fish
Partner, Country Leader

Stephen Fish is in charge of Assurance Services provided by Ernst & Young in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina. He also supports services provided to clients from the banking/financial sector in Macedonia and Albania.

Stephen started his career in his native England, before moving to the Middle East to focus on financial institutions. He then lived and worked in Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia before moving to Serbia to head up the country practice. He is currently based in Belgrade.

 



Olivera Blagic

Olivera Blagić is a Partner in Assurance Services, with more than 15 years of professional track record comprising a broad spectrum of projects for numerous clients in various industries (Banking & Capital Markets, Diversified Industrial Products, Telecommunications, Construction, Mining, Retail & Wholesale, Consumer Products, Oil & Gas, Media & Entertainment and other sectors).

Olivera has been with Ernst & Young since 1997 when the firm set up its operations in Serbia and she was admitted to partnership in 2006. Olivera holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Belgrade. She is a member of Serbian Chamber of Certified Auditors.



Ivan Rakic

Ivan Rakić is the Head of Tax department of Ernst & Young in Serbia with ten years of experience in our firm. During his career with Ernst & Young Ivan  has been advising a number of clients on various taxation issues, from tax advisory and compliance to transfer pricing and expatriate matters.

Ivan holds a degree in law from the University of Belgrade. He is the President of the Tax Committee of Foreign Investor’s Council (FIC) in Serbia, member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and member of the Founding Committee of the Serbian branch of IFA.



Mirjana Kovacevic


Mirjana Perendija Kovačević
Executive Director

Mirjana Perendija Kovacević has been with Ernst & Young in Serbia ever since the country practice was established in 1997. During her career with Ernst & Young she was a Partner in Assurance as well as the Country Managing Partner. Mirjana currently provides audit services to banks and other financial institutions in Montenegro. She is also responsible for audit and risk management services provided to local banks in Serbia.

Mirjana is a graduate in Economics from the University of Belgrade. She is a certified auditor and the Deputy President of Council of the Serbian Chamber of Certified Auditors.
