We help manage tax requirements of companies operating in more than one tax jurisdiction, discover new possibilities, manage global tax risk and comply with cross-border reporting requirements and solve transfer pricing issues. We do that by bringing together country-specific tax knowledge, international experience of our professionals and the synergy of our integrated global network of tax professionals working together.

We can assist you with:

  • Working out international investment structures to minimize tax costs
  • Providing advice on taxation of specific cross-border transactions
  • Planning tax efficient cross-border financing
  • Planning strategies to optimize tax charges
  • Tax Effective Supply Chain Management analysis
  • Transfer pricing studies (documentation and design studies)

Transfer pricing is currently one of the most important issues. It is estimated that over half of worldwide trade is carried out as a part of intercompany transactions. Our services in this area aim to reduce the risk of prices used in transactions between related parties being challenged by tax authorities.

Transfer pricing is connected with many aspects of the company's business. Indicating an optimum solution requires a detailed analysis of financial and tax considerations; first of all, however, such a solution should take account of business conditions and objectives. This is how we perceive the issue of transfer pricing.

Despite traditionally not being high on the Serbian tax authorities’ agenda, transfer pricing is becoming more and more in the focus of tax inspectors during tax audits.

Our aim is to help our clients address their transfer pricing problems.
