At Ernst & Young we have one strong global leadership team that sets one single global strategy and agenda.

To ensure we are efficient and effective, we have organized our legal entities into 29 similarly sized business units in terms of both people and revenues. These business units, almost all of which are purposely not single countries, are grouped into four geographic Areas:

• Americas
• Asia-Pacific
• Europe, Middle East, India and Africa
• Japan

Each business unit’s leadership team works directly with their Area and global leaders to ensure flawless execution. This structure is streamlined – it allows us to make decisions quickly, and ensures that we execute our strategy and provide high-quality service wherever in the world our clients do business.

	Ivar Kiigemägi Partner, Assurance More information... Ivar is an Estonian Certified Auditor with over 10 years of experience in audit and consulting. Ivar has participated in audits and consulting projects for many large Estonian and international companies operating in various industries. Ivar has extensive expertise in transportation industry, being a member of Ernst & Young Global Shipping Network, but also Energy, Media and Entertainment, Automotive, Retail and several other sectors. Ivar has been Management Board Member of the Estonian Auditing Board. He has given many lectures on IFRS, auditing and Estonian GAAP, incl giving lectures on IFRS to the Estonian Business School MBA students and has published several articles about financial accounting and reporting issues.
	Ranno Tingas Partner, Tax More information... Ranno is a leading advisor in Estonia referred to in the Guide to the World's Leading Tax Advisers (Expert Guides By Euromoney). He is a lawyer with more than 10 years experience in tax law. Ranno specializes in the following areas: corporate income tax, transfer pricing, human capital, international and EU tax issues. As a tax advisor, Ranno has participated in numerous transfer pricing, intermational tax planning and due diligence projects. Ranno is a member of the International Fiscal Association and a member of the council of the Estonian Tax Payers Union. He is frequently writing articles about taxes and giving presentations and lectures on tax matters.
