This newsletter gives an overview of the ongoing dispute in the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning Estonian taxation, briefly touches upon a decision of the Supreme Court of Estonia on a tax matter and covers the expected changes in the Estonian GAAP from 1 January 2012.
