Our Project Finance professionals assist public and private developers of infrastructure and other projects in structuring and financing projects. We advise on large scale infrastructure projects involving partnerships between the public and private sectors and on the financing of industrial and real estate projects.

Our services include:

• Financial advice on the development of projects. This includes risk identification and management, development of financial models, funding options and assisting clients in presenting projects to the market.
• Structuring transactions, advising on the appropriate form and balance between debt and equity. Assisting our clients’ efforts to raise finance directly from providers or through the use of funding competitions.
• Investment appraisals – we work closely with TAS-wide teams to bring our experience and skills to advise on portfolios of assets and on sale and purchase perspective.
• Assisting on negotiating transactions and negotiation strategy.
