• Be prepared
  At this stage in your career, you need to prepare for a challenging interview. Be able to articulate how your strengths, work experience and career goals will enable you to succeed in our organization.

  Prepare a list of questions to ask your interviewer(s) so you can assess whether Ernst & Young is the right place for you. Research our organization, who we are, what we do, what we stand for and our strategic direction.

• Be punctual
