Arriving into Nice airport:

Once inside terminal 1 or 2 (depending on your flight into Nice), immediately to the right before reaching baggage claim, you will see the World Entrepreneur Of The Year welcome desk. A monitor showing the name of the event, World Entrepreneur Of The Year, will be located above the desk. A hostess will greet you, check registration, make sure no problems have arisen and accompany you to baggage claim. Porters will be waiting to help with baggage if required.

After your baggage has been cleared

For the helicopter transfer, a hostess will accompany you to the desk of Heli Air Monaco to await the next departure to Monaco. The porter will follow and hand over the baggage to the helicopter company. (Note:  generally each passenger is allowed one piece of normal-sized luggage in the helicopter. Additional luggage may follow in the next helicopter or be delivered by ground to your hotel in Monaco.) Helicopter transfer is available from 8:00 until 20:00. Outside these times or if requested (and if there are no flight or baggage delays), you will be transferred by road. For road transfer, a hostess will accompany you to the car or minibus, depending on arrivals, to take you to your hotel in Monte Carlo.

Departing hotel to Nice airport

The day before departure, all guests will receive a departure notice in their hotel room with information concerning transportation back to Nice airport, timing and luggage pickup. A staff member will be available throughout the event at the World Entrepreneur Of The Year event desk in Salon Princes of Hotel Hermitage if changes are necessary to your departure.
