Global Managing Partner – Quality and Risk Management In her role as Global Managing Partner – Quality and Risk Management, Victoria is dedicated to ensuring that Ernst & Young maintains and builds a culture of always doing the right thing.
This includes helping our people to enhance our quality and manage our risks, and promoting an environment that encourages them to speak up for what is right.
Previous experience Victoria joined Ernst & Young in 1991 as Ernst & Young UK’s first in-house lawyer. During the 1990s the question of managing risk came increasingly to the fore and she was appointed as Risk Management Partner in the mid-90s. She took responsibility for Risk and for Regulatory matters as well as legal in 2001. She was appointed Area Quality and Risk Management leader in 2003.
Credentials Victoria trained as a lawyer and worked in private practice for 10 years as a commercial litigator.
Interests Victoria’s great passions are her family and gardening. She also enjoys opera, good wine and good food.
