Phil Vermeulen Phil Vermeulen, a senior member of the European Actuarial Services team, is located in Zürich. His experience with Solvency II includes leading the implementation of Solvency II across all three Pillars for a multinational insurance group, implementation of the ORSA for a leading multinational, as well as leading the submissions for the Solvency II Quantitative Impact Studies for a number of European clients.
