Andy Brogan, Global Oil & Gas Transactions Leader. Andy has been with EY for 21 years. He has advised oil and gas companies on a variety of public and private transactions covering both upstream and downstream operations in more than 20 countries. Andy’s clients have ranged from large global enterprises to independent resource companies and he has also worked for various Governments in connection with transactions in the oil and gas industry. Andy has a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (London) and is a UK Chartered Accountant.

Jon McCarter

Ernst & Young LLP

Jon McCarter, Americas Transactions Oil and Gas Leader. Jon has significant transaction experience with companies in all the major sectors of the various natural resource industries, including upstream oil & gas, midstream oil & gas, downstream oil & gas, oilfield services, as well as the energy construction, chemicals, power/utilities, alternative energy, mining, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. He has advised on over 350 transactions, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, accounting and tax structuring advice, financing and valuation advice, direct involvement in negotiating purchase agreement terms, and consultations regarding purchase price adjustment mechanisms and disputes.

Jon Clark

EY

Jon Clark is a partner in our oil and gas transaction advisory services team. He has advised on international acquisitions, divestments and fund-raisings covering more than 30 countries and acted for a range of independent and national oil companies. Jon’s experience includes spending several years in Calgary, Canada, supporting the development of EY’s international oil and gas corporate finance capability. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute. Jon also holds the CF professional designation for corporate finance.

David Harrison

David Harrison is an energy industry professional with more than 20 years experience in the oil and gas sector. He joined EY after working in a number of operational and management roles with Esso Petroleum / Exxon. At EY he has worked in leadership roles on a number of major projects for oil and gas clients, focusing on divestments, post merger integration, process redesign and governance. He has lived and worked in Russia, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. David currently manages EY’s Global oil and gas center and works closely with the global oil and gas leadership team on strategy implementation.
