Emily Colborne

Emily is a strategic analyst in the Global Mining & Metals practice in Ernst & Young LLP in the UK. She has over seven years’ business and strategic analysis experience, with the last four years focused exclusively on the global mining and metals industry. Emily is a principal author of the annual “Mining and Metals Transactions Report,” produced by the global EY organization and also author of its’ “Mining Eye” publication, analyzing trends of junior mining companies listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market.

Nicky Crabtree

Ernst & Young LLP

Nicky is an assistant director in the Global Metals and Mining Transaction Advisory Services in Ernst & Young LLP in the UK. She has worked across a wide range of transactions in the sector including providing diligence and capital markets support and supporting a number of mining and metals companies with their recent corporate bond raisings. Nicky is also a principal author of the EY “Annual Mining and Metals Transactions Report.”

J. Andrew (Andy) is a partner and member of Ernst & Young LLP’s National Tax Department. He has over 30 years of experience serving a wide range of corporate clients and focuses on corporate tax services, acting as a tax engagement partner for several large multinational energy and natural resource clients. Andy has extensive experience serving as a tax specialist in the natural resource industries on due diligence teams for the firm's merger and acquisition practice.

Jay is a Partner with Ernst & Young LLP Canada and also its’ Mining & Metals Transaction Advisory Services leader. He has led major valuation assignments for a number of global mining companies in respect of worldwide assets covering producing, development and exploration assets, for a variety of purposes including financial reporting, tax and transactions.
