Rachel Eckstein

Rachel Eckstein is a partner in our US Professional Practice Group, focusing on matters related to technical accounting and financial reporting with a concentration on revenue recognition. Rachel recently spent over two years working as a Professional Accounting Fellow in the SEC’s Office of the Chief Accountant where she focused on complex accounting and disclosure matters. Prior to the fellowship, Rachel worked in Assurance at EY, serving in many different roles in several practice offices.

Alisa Kennedy

Ernst & Young LLP

Alisa Kennedy is a Partner in our US Professional Practice Group. She has twenty-five years experience with the firm serving both publicly and privately held multi-national clients in such diverse industries as professional services, industrial and consumer products, telecommunications and mining. She has assisted clients with implementing new accounting pronouncements, resolving complex accounting and auditing issues; completing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; performing due diligence procedures and maintaining SEC and regulatory compliance, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 rules on internal controls. Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Robert Wadley

Ernst & Young LLP

Robert Wadley is a partner in the US Professional Practice Group of Ernst & Young LLP. Based in New York, Robert provides technical assistance to audit teams and clients on accounting issues, with a particular focus on financial instruments. He currently follows standard setting activities related to the classification and measurement, impairment and risk disclosures components of the FASB's project on financial instruments.

Prior to his current role, Robert worked in EY's Salt Lake City office leading and managing that office's assurance banking practice, which included a mix of regional, community and industrial banks. During this time, he also served as one of the firm's Capital and Liquidity Resources, consulting with engagement teams on accounting and auditing matters related to financial instruments impacted by the economic crisis.

Danita Ostling

Ernst & Young LLP

Danita Ostling is a partner in Ernst & Young LLP's US Professional Practice Group, and since July 2007 has served as the Americas IFRS Technical Leader. As such, she is responsible for coordinating the firm's IFRS accounting guidance and consultative services within the Americas practice. She also is a member of the firm's Global IFRS Policy Committee.

Ms. Ostling earned her B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is licensed in the states of New York and Texas.
