He has more than 30 years’ experience assessing strategic and operational issues and helping private equity funds and their portfolio companies improve profitability and promote growth. Before joining EY, Tom spent the last seven 7 years as an Operating Partner for JLL, a middle-market private equity firm.

Kerrie is a senior partner in EY’s Financial Services Office (FSO), New York. As global coordinating partner, she is responsible for the firm’s overall relationship with Royal Bank of Canada. Previously, she served as Americas Leader, Transaction Support Advisory Services (TAS). A seasoned professional with twenty seven years experience based in EY’s Toronto and New York offices, Kerrie has developed a strong global network and has worked with global, multidisciplinary teams to assist large organizations in executing complex initiatives across business lines and around the world. She is keenly aware of the challenges inherent in large scale transformational efforts and brings a wealth of experience to her clients.
