Steve Krouskos

EY

Steve Krouskos is Global Markets Leader for Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) at EY and a member of the Americas Operating Committee and the TAS Global Executive Committee.

Steve's extensive transaction advisory experience encompasses clients in a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer products, retail, technology and telecommunications, and professional services. He has led or worked on more than 500 cross-border transactions, for businesses residing in some 50 countries, and his expertise spans all stages of the transaction lifecycle: buy- and sell-side due diligence, negotiation support, valuation analysis and structuring, and purchase-price adjustments.

Steve received both his bachelor's and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a CPA in the states of Georgia and Florida.

Robert McCooey

The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc.

Robert H. McCooey, Jr. is Senior Vice President of New Listings and the Capital Markets Group. In this role, Mr. McCooey manages NASDAQ’s new listings efforts domestically, in the Americas and throughout the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, Mr. McCooey leads the Capital Markets Group. Formed in 2006, the Capital Markets Group is primarily responsible for venture capital, private equity, and investment banking outreach and works to further NASDAQ OMX’s mission to support their business goals and growth plans. Mr. McCooey joined NASDAQ in December 2006.

Prior to joining The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc., Mr. McCooey served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Griswold Company. He also served on the New York Stock Exchange Board of Executives from 2003 – 2006 and was a New York Stock Exchange Floor Official for eight terms. Mr. McCooey served on the NYSE's Group Market Performance Committee, was chairman of the NYSE's Technology and Planning Oversight Committee and served on the Board of the NYSE Foundation, the Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC), the American Stock Exchange, and on the Committee for Review, part of NYSE Regulation. He is a member of the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP).

Mr. McCooey attended the College of Holy Cross.

Thomas Morrison

Blackstone Capital Markets Group

Thomas Morrison is a Senior Managing Director in the Blackstone Capital Markets group. Mr. Morrison leads the firm’s Equity Capital Markets effort across our investment and advisory businesses. He assists Blackstone's portfolio companies and advisory clients in equity related situations, and manages the firm's relationships with public equity market investors.

Mr. Morrison received a BA from Harvard College, majoring in Economics. He also received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, with majors in Management, Finance, and Marketing. Mr. Morrison also studied at the University of London, University College.

Brian Reilly

Barclays

Brian Reilly is a Managing Director and Head of US Equity Capital Markets at Barclays in New York. Mr. Reilly has over 18 years of experience executing over 80 capital markets and M&A transactions. Previously, he was Head of Asset Management within Investment Banking at Barclays, and Head of the Communications, Media and Internet vertical within Equity Capital Markets at Lehman Brothers. He also worked as a corporate lawyer for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York and as a clerk for a federal judge.

Mr. Reilly earned his JD from Yale Law School and his BA from Yale University.
