With its February report Addressing Base Erosion and Profit Shifting, the OECD began a major project focused on a review of current international tax regimes and coordinated consideration of possible approaches for addressing concerns about base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS). This work has been endorsed by both the G8 and the G20 groups.

The OECD will issue its next report in advance of the 19–20 July G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors meeting in Moscow. This report will be an action plan for addressing BEPS, detailing the OECD’s plans for its work going forward. Areas of focus wil include transfer pricing, permanent establishment, cross-border financing and information reporting.

We invite you to join our panel of senior international tax professionals from France, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and the US as they discuss the OECD action plan and its implications for multinational businesses.
