Evan Eason

Partner, Olympus Partners

Evan joined Olympus in 2006 as a Vice President, was promoted to Principal in 2010 and became a Partner in 2012. Previously, Evan was a Vice President at American Capital Strategies where he focused on leveraged buyouts and financings of middle market companies. Prior to that, Evan worked as an Associate at FdG Associates, a middle market private equity firm, and as an investment banker and equity research analyst at Montgomery Securities.

Philippe Leroy

EY, Divestiture Advisory Services

Philippe is the Divestiture Advisory Service co-Leader for EY’s Northeast Transaction Advisory Services Practice. Philippe has over 15 years of transaction experience. He originally joined EY in 2002.

Philippe has extensive experience in buy-side financial due diligence for Private Equity as well as corporate strategic clients, preparation of carve-out financial statements and sell-side reports (including VDD) , as well as overall support of management teams during the selling process . He has also worked on domestic and cross border transactions involving multi-disciplinary teams. Philippe has a broad range of industry experience, including sectors such as technology, media and entertainment, servicing and commercial businesses.

Philippe holds a Master in Finance of Paris-Dauphine University. He has his CPA certification in New York and California.

Tom Taylor

EY, Private Equity Value Creation Advisory Services

Tom has over 30 years of broad-based experience in public company, Fortune 500, and private equity sponsored environments, as CEO, CFO or operating partner. He has most recently monitored the business operations and leading management teams of several portfolio companies in a middle market private equity firm as Managing Director and Operating Partner. Previously, he was CEO or CFO for portfolio companies of two middle market private equity firms. He is known for quickly assessing strategic and operational issues and taking appropriate action to achieve profit improvement and promote growth in challenging environments.

Tom has held multiple Board of directors positions and chaired and served on a number of board committees in both public and private companies. He has an M.B.A. from Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and was Class Valedictorian. He has a BS in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio.

Mike Rogers

EY, Global Deputy Private Equity Leader

Mike Rogers is EY’s Global Deputy Sector Leader for Private Equity. He is responsible for the continued development of the PE go-to-market strategy, as well as driving the execution of client strategies to PE funds and their investees across all geographies. Mike is responsible for building the Global Private Equity Center’s key initiatives for all client teams and strengthening connections in the emerging and frontier markets.

Mike has held numerous leadership roles during his 12 years with the firm, most recently as Global TAS Markets Leader in London responsible for driving go-to-market strategies across EY's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice globally. Mike has worked with many clients across various sectors, focusing on lead advisory M&A, capital raising and restructuring, as well as led several global client teams. He started with EY as Managing Director in the US Corporate Finance practice in Atlanta, after that he was the Sub-Area Leader of the US Southwest TAS practice in Dallas. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior executive of Banc of America Securities LLC.

Mike received his BSGM from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and his MBA from the Tippie School of Management at the University of Iowa. Mike is a member of The Association for Corporate Growth and has also completed Executive Education at the Harvard Business School and The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
