Mary Klein

Ernst & Young LLP

Mary Klein has over 20 years of assurance, advisory and regulatory experience with EY. As a member of EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) group, Mary advises clients on: accounting technical and regulatory matters, such as US SEC initial public offerings, accounting policies and governance, financial reporting. In her current role, Mary is responsible for advising clients on potential US SEC foreign private filers, including -- accounting policies and governance. Mary has developed methodologies to help and aid clients with their financial reporting requirements. With 15 years of performing accounting due diligence reviews, Mary has acquired extensive experience in transaction accounting as well as identifying and resolving accounting and business issues arising from due diligence investigations. With her broad accounting and transactions advisory services background, Mary has served a wide variety of both private equity portfolio companies, corporate clients and private companies.

 

Howard Morgan

First Round Capital

Howard Morgan is a partner at First Round Capital, one of the top five VC investors in 2013. Since, 1989, he has been President of the Arca Group, where the focus is on taking companies from seed stage through initial public offerings. Over his career, Howard has executed more than 20 IPOs. As a managing partner at First Round Capital, Howard has been associated with many well-known start-up successes, like Overture/GoTo (sold to Yahoo! for 1.6 billion), Citysearch (3.5 billion IPO), CarsDirect. Howard, has also served on a number of public company Boards, including Franklin Electronic Publishers and Internet Brands, Inc. and serves as a Director of Idealab, where he was a founding investor. He is also Chairman or a member of the board of numerous private companies including GumGum, Fab.com, AxialMarkets, PublicStuff and has served as an advisor to Pandora. He has also served as CEO of Kentek and Franklin.

 

Richard Rosenstein

SFX Entertainment, Inc.

Richard Rosenstein has been the Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development, SFX Entertainment, Inc. since October 2012. He was named Chief Financial Officer in February 2013. Prior to joining SFX Entertainment, Mr. Rosenstein was Vice President at Baron Capital, Inc., a money management firm from 2007 to 2012, and before that, was Partner at Keel Capital Management LLC, a hedge fund from 2004 to 2007. Prior to 2004, Mr. Rosenstein was a Managing Director at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., where he covered media companies in equity research, co-headed Communacopia Research and served on the stock selection committee.

 

Todd Sloan

Tremor Video

Todd Sloan, joined Tremor Video in December of 2011 bringing more than 25 years of experience in the public and private markets, and helped lead Tremor Video through its successful IPO in June 2013. He has more than a decade of experience serving as a CFO for several leading digital marketing companies, including NetRatings, and About.com, where he led the company through its IPO and subsequent follow-on offerings. Prior to Tremor Video, Todd also served as CFO of AdKeeper, where he helped launch and capitalize the early stage venture. As the CFO for Operative Media and Heavy.com, Todd guided these companies through their restructurings. Prior to this, Todd served as a COO for Sony World Wide Networks. He is an alumni of EY.

Jackie Kelly is an Advisory Services Partner at EY, who serves as the leader of the firm’s Americas IPO network and head of the Strategic Growth Markets Advisory Services practice. She has more than two decades of experience providing advisory and audit services to public and private companies. Throughout her career, she has supported clients with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged financing, divestitures and IPOs. This has included delivering a variety of services, such as IPO readiness, business process improvement solutions, risk advisory services and financial audits.
