Jeremy Simons

Ernst & Young LLP

Jeremy is a Partner in the EY Professional Practice Group in New York, where he specializes in income tax and lease accounting matters. In this role, Jeremy is responsible for consulting with global engagement teams and clients, monitoring standard-setting activities, and developing EY’s interpretive guidance.

Jeremy spent two years Professional Accounting Fellow in the SEC’s Office of the Chief Accountant. In this role, Jeremy consulted with current and prospective SEC registrants and divisions within the Commission on accounting issues with particular focus on the topics of consolidations, business combinations, long-lived assets, and debt and equity.

Prior to the SEC fellowship, Jeremy spent time in EY’s Professional Practice Group and audited public and private companies in the manufacturing and retail and distribution industries.

 

Nancy Salisbury

Ernst & Young LLP

Nancy Salisbury has served as a partner in Ernst & Young LLP's US Professional Practice Group since July 2007. In her role, Nancy leads Ernst & Young's US revenue recognition team. Prior to 2007, Nancy was a Senior Associate Chief Accountant in the Office of the Chief Accountant of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, focusing primarily on audit and PCAOB-related matters. Prior to joining the SEC, Nancy spent nine years with Ernst & Young. During her career, Nancy has served clients in a variety of industries, focusing primarily on high tech and manufacturing companies.

 

Robert Wadley

Ernst & Young LLP

Robert Wadley is a partner in the US Professional Practice Group of Ernst & Young LLP. Based in New York, Robert provides technical assistance to audit teams and clients on accounting issues, with a particular focus on financial instruments. He currently follows standard setting activities related to the FASB's project on financial instruments.

Prior to his current role, Robert worked in Ernst & Young's Salt Lake City office leading and managing that office's assurance banking practice, which included a mix of regional, community and industrial banks. During this time, he also served as one of the firm's Capital and Liquidity Resources, consulting with engagement teams on accounting and auditing matters related to financial instruments impacted by the economic crisis.

Danita Ostling

Ernst & Young LLP

Danita Ostling is a partner in Ernst & Young LLP's Professional Practice Group, and since July 2007 has served as the EY Americas IFRS Technical Leader. As such, she is responsible for coordinating the global EY organization’s IFRS accounting guidance and consultations in the Americas. She also is a member of the organization’s Global IFRS Policy Committee.

Ms. Ostling earned her B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a licensed CPA in the states of New York and Texas.
