Steve Moore is a partner in the EY National Professional Practice Group where he focuses on cash flow statement, inventory and oil and gas issues, and the FASB’s disclosure framework project. He began his career in public accounting in St. Louis serving a variety of both publicly and privately held multinational clients in diverse industries as well as spending two years in National Professional Practice. After ten years in various accounting and finance roles at a Fortune 20 oil and gas company, Steve was a partner in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services Group in the Houston office for seven years. He has served in EY’s National Professional Practice Group in New York for the past eight years.
Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Rockhurst University, a Master of Arts in Accounting degree from the University of Missouri, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Missouri and New York, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Tom is a partner in the Professional Practice Group of Ernst & Young LLP where he focuses on business combinations and consolidation related matters. Prior to joining Professional Practice, Tom was an audit partner in New York where he worked with transaction oriented companies and supervised the audits of large multi-national engagements in both the public and private sectors.
Tom has a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Fairfield University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
Alison is a partner in our Professional Practice Group, focusing primarily on revenue recognition. Alison is a member of the FASB and IASB’s Joint Transition Resource Group for revenue recognition and is also a former Associate Chief Accountant in the SEC’s Office of the Chief Accountant.
Ernst & Young LLP
Danita Ostling is a partner in Ernst & Young LLP's Professional Practice Group, and since July 2007 has served as the EY Americas IFRS Technical Leader. As such, she is responsible for coordinating the global EY organization’s IFRS accounting guidance and consultations in the Americas. She also is a member of the organization’s Global IFRS Policy Committee.
Ms. Ostling earned her B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a licensed CPA in the states of New York and Texas.
