Andy Brogan is the EY Global Oil & Gas Transactions Leader. Andy has been with EY for 26 years and has advised oil and gas companies on a variety of public and private transactions covering both upstream and downstream operations in more than 30 countries.
  
Andy’s clients have ranged from large global enterprises to independent resource companies and he has also worked for various Governments in connection with transactions in the oil and gas industry.

Jon Clark is the EY EMEIA Transactions Oil and Gas Leader. He has advised on international acquisitions, divestment and fund-raisings covering more than 30 countries and acted for a range of independent and national oil companies. Jon’s experience includes spending several years in Calgary, Canada, supporting the development of EY’s international oil and gas corporate finance capability.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute. Jon also holds the CF professional designation for corporate finance.

Mitch Fane is the Transaction Advisory Services South Western US Region Energy Leader for Ernst & Young LLP. His area of focus is valuation and business modelling related to energy (oil & gas) and he is the US Power & Utilities Valuation Leader.

Mitch is responsible for financial analysis and fair market valuation of debt, equity securities, and intangible assets for closely-held and publicly traded companies. He has worked across the upstream, midstream, downstream and oil field services segments, conducting and supervising assignments for mergers, acquisitions, capital market transactions (IPOs), restructurings, fairness opinions, strategic alternative evaluation purposes, collateral purposes, stockholder disputes, purchase price allocations and impairment testing (ASC 805 and 350 – formerly SFAS 141 and 142), and tax planning.

Stephanie Pryor is an Executive Director in the Oil & Gas Corporate Finance Practice at Ernst & Young LLP in the UK. She has 17 years of experience within the upstream oil and gas sector focussed on M&A Advisory and Corporate Finance. She is a geologic engineer who has held senior leadership positions in both industry and investment banking prior to joining EY in early 2014.
