Cost cutting has made one of the biggest jumps, moving to second place from sixth in 2009. While regulation and compliance continues to remain the number one concern for global organizations. Interestingly access to credit has fallen five places, which suggests some of the challenges around raising credit have been overcome, although the issue is still on the agenda. Concerns over market risk makes a first time appearance as organizations continue to experience rising commodity prices, Eurozone issues, market instability, and the increasing role of government as the banker of last resort.
