| Hotel Adlon Kempinski Check-in time: 16:00 - as the hotel will be extremely busy, to guarantee early check in, a room must be reserved for the night prior to arrival Check-out time:12:00 Ernst & Young has reserved rooms for our delegates at a negotiated rate of €275 for single occupancy, €295 for double occupancy. This rate includes VAT and service charge. Should you have a problem booking your hotel nights, please contact cathie.stoves@uk.ey.com or linda.santana@ey.com. Please do not reserve your accommodation directly with the hotel or through third party websites. Airports, Travel documents and visas Currently, the nearest major airport is Berlin Tegel Airport (TXL/EDDT). There is a taxi rank at the front of the airport terminal, and the average transfer time to The Hotel Adlon Kempinski is 25 minutes. The journey will cost €20-45 dependent on time of day and weather. Please note that not all taxis in Berlin accept credit cards. Berlin Schönefeld Airport (SXF / EDDB) also services Berlin. The transfer time by road is approximately 40 minutes. Should you require a private car service, please contact concierge.adlon@kempinski.com. This is charged at €135 and the cost will be passed to your room account. Before traveling, please check with your travel agent or local embassy to determine if you require a visa to enter Germany. If you require an invitation letter to support your visa application, please contact marlene.hautz@de.ey.com. Please request your letter with sufficient time to process. Attire Dress code for the program activities is business casual. Evening activities/dinner are casual wear with the exception of Thursday evening, jackets for men (no tie necessary) and evening trousers or dress for ladies is preferred. Multiple attendees of same company If you missed the early bird rate and your company is sending three or more participants, please contact linda.santana@ey.com for special pricing before continuing your registration. Cancellation policy Should you need to cancel your registration prior to 31 July 2012, you will be reimbursed in full. Should you cancel on or after 1 August 2012 we cannot offer any reimbursement. The conference registration can, however, be transferred to another member of your organization. |
