Dina Pyron

Dina is the Global Director of Human Capital for the firm. Dina has over 20 years experience in the international assignment services area focusing primarily on energy, energy services, financial services and professional services organizations with global mobility programs. Dina’s experience is in the human capital process & controls, international policy, talent management, tax consulting and planning, as well as individual and corporate compliance worldwide, making her a specialist in this area. Dina lives in New York and Houston, and travels extensively throughout the globe.

Experience Summary
Dina has worked with various Fortune 500 oil and gas companies on their global mobility programs, as well as worked with large service organizations, moving their talent throughout the world. She has recently authored a thought leadership article, titled "Overcoming the oil and gas workforce challenges". She is also an active lecturer at oil & gas seminars regarding international human resource issues. She has recently been interviewed by the Financial Times, the Houston Chronicle, Next Generation Oil & Gas, Human Resource Executive, and American Executive around her work done in the international talent void arena.

Qualifications
Dina attended university at Rice University in Houston with a major in Economics & Business Administration. She is a CPA in the State of Texas and New York, as well as a member of the AICPA and TSCPA.
