To comply with - and in many cases exceed - international standards the Island's Regulatory Authorities have been introducing Acts and provisions to ensure that Island business is amongst the best regulated and administered in the world.


These steps, whilst helping to ensure business competence, puts additional pressure on businesses to make additional investment and levels of staffing in order to comply with the regulations.
