Ernst & Young is one of the oldest established professional service firms on the Isle of Man and has been working for Island clients for nearly 100 years.

Although the financial services sector accounts for the largest proportion of the national income, traditional, new and innovative local trading companies form an important part of the Island's economic base.

Ernst & Young have a solid base of these local trading companies which contribute to the Island's economic expansion, including: agriculture, construction, retailing and wholesaling, utility companies, tourism, manufacturing, professional services and local authorities.

  • Construction: 7%
  • Manufacturing: 6%
  • Tourist Industry: 6%
  • Public Admin: 4%
  • Agriculture & Fisheries: 1%
  • Other (Inc. Retail & Wholesale): 18%
